Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis
Hair analysis is a noninvasive test that allows for investigation of nutrient and toxic interactions. Studies confirm that long term exposure to toxic elements/minerals can progressively impair various enzymatic and neurologic processes, leading to a variety of health conditions.

Organic Acids Test
The Organic Acids Test (OAT) offers a comprehensive metabolic snapshot of a patient’s overall health with 76 markers. It provides an accurate evaluation of intestinal yeast and bacteria. Abnormally high levels of these microorganisms can cause or worsen behavior disorders, hyperactivity, movement disorders, fatigue and immune function. Many people with chronic illnesses and neurological disorders often excrete several abnormal organic acids in their urine.
The Great Plains Organic Acids Test also includes markers for vitamin and mineral levels, oxidative stress, neurotransmitter levels, and is the only OAT to include markers for oxalates, which are highly correlated with many chronic illnesses.
If abnormalities are detected using the OAT, treatments can include supplements, such as vitamins and antioxidants, or dietary modification.

*The OAT is strongly recommended as an initial screening test.

Mycotoxin Screening
Mycotoxins (toxins from mold) are some of the most prevalent toxins in the environment. Mycotoxins are metabolites produced by fungi like mold, which can infest buildings, vehicles, and foodstuffs. Most mycotoxin exposures in North America, Europe, and Australia are through airborne exposure. Food may be a major source of mycotoxins in third-world nations that lack government inspection of foods, especially the grains such as rice, corn, wheat, rye, and barley.

Fungi can grow on almost any surface, especially if the environment is warm and wet. Inner wall materials of buildings, wallpaper, fiber glass insulation, ceiling tiles, and gypsum support are all good surfaces for fungi to colonize. These fungi then release mycotoxins into the environment causing symptoms of many different chronic diseases. Diseases and symptoms linked to mycotoxin exposure include fever, pneumonia-like symptoms, heart disease, rheumatic disease, asthma, sinusitis, cancer, memory loss, vision loss, chronic fatigue, skin rashes, depression, ADHD, anxiety, and liver damage.
With the MycoTOX Profile we can identify mycotoxin exposures and make recommendations for detoxification treatments that have been effective.

GI Map Stool Screen
The Gastrointestinal Microbial Assay Plus (GI-MAP) is a comprehensive clinical tool that measures the gastrointestinal microbiome from a single stool sample using quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) technology.
The GI-MAP is designed to assess a patient’s microbiome with particular attention to microbes that cause disease or that disrupt normal microbial balance and contribute to perturbations in the GI flora and contribute to illness. With full PCR quantification, we can now see the level of infection thus, providing accurate, actionable clinical information. The results gleaned from this digestive profile help the clinician to provide personalized, targeted protocols to address gut dysfunction.
Gastrointestinal function is critical for good health. In addition to performing digestive functions, the intestinal tract contains significant amounts of organisms. Imbalances in this internal ecosystem and the overall GI function is associated with a wide variety of common illnesses.

Wheat Zoomer Test
1 in 7 individuals in the United States has a wheat-related disorder.
As gluten- and wheat-sensitivity become better recognized in the medical community, the need for accurate and highly sensitive testing to identify affected individuals has grown. Vibrant’s answer is the Wheat Zoomer.

The Wheat Zoomer aids in the specific recognition of antibodies to wheat peptides – including gluten and non-gluten components, along with antibodies that indicate the presence of intestinal permeability. It is also a highly sensitive peptide-based array designed to detect autoimmune reactions to gluten.

Additional Services
Biofeedback Assessment
Learn what biofeedback means, how it applies to your unique genetic makeup and how it compliments all functional lab work in an effort to enhance the body at a cellular level. Understand the different modalities used and how we will use each modality in our time together to help the healing transformation.
Thermal Imaging & Assessment (COMING SOON!)
Thermal imaging is a comfortable, non-invasive procedure that detects the thermal emissions of the body’s physiology. This type of thermal imaging gives us an alternate view of possible problematic regions in the body through your individual heat signature.
When using a thermal scan, we have the ability to locate infrared markers that may indicate inflammation, circulatory problems, neuropathy, and many other health conditions. The FDA has cleared digital infrared imaging as an adjunctive screening tool to be used with structural imaging methods, along with other tests to help pinpoint any possible problems.
